General Manager Retail Sales


The Candidate is responsible for ensuring that all sales & marketing strategies that run at Agro Boga Utama are in accordance with the direction and strategy of the company. He/she will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of sales & marketing strategies for existing and new products, evaluate products by value, product specifications, customer activation, and timeliness of product payment, evaluating & analyzing CRM (Customer Relation Management) data, as well as developing & evaluating marketing tools.


Bachelor Degree from all major, strong competence in People Management, Business Intelligence, Strategic Thinking, Decision Making skill.
