Job Descriptions: 

  • Handle employee and daily worker administration and benefits
  • Perform the whole process of recruitment until on boarding
  • Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly
  • Procurement and inventory control of office inventory, including stationery and pantry supplies
  • Managing legal documents and requirements when necessary
  • Manage contract & employees database

Requirements :
  • Education background from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or another related major
  • Minimum 2 years hands on experience in HR, General Affairs & Legal area

  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
