Job Descriptions:
- Handle employee and daily worker administration and benefits
- Perform the whole process of recruitment until on boarding
- Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly
- Procurement and inventory control of office inventory, including stationery and pantry supplies
- Managing legal documents and requirements when necessary
- Manage contract & employees database
Requirements :
- Education background from Psychology, Human Resource Management, or another related major
Minimum 2 years hands on experience in HR, General Affairs & Legal area
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
