Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree - all major (Law)
Has min. 5 years experience in same field (Industrial Relations)
Good communication and have a good work ethic
Good knowledge in labor law
Has great analytical thinking
Has great problem solving
Preferably have PERADI License
Mastering labor law and industrial relations
Has an extensive network with government institutions in the field of employment and industrial relations
Able to work on Saturday and public holiday
