Job Description:
- Understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Understanding & achieving organizational priorities
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major customers to ensure they do not turn to other competitor
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions for the mutual benefit of company & customer
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and cross sectional management
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Generating sales contract that will turn into long-lasting relationships & sales target achievement
- Creating business review with customers
Qualification:
- Strata-1 in any discipline
- Fluent in English is preferable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good correspondence, data & time management skills
- Proven knowledge & experience with powerpoint presentation
- Pleasant, smart, energetic, helpful & positive mindset personal
- Have experience as Key Account, preferably in the Manufacturing, Catering, Supermarket or Food industry
