Job Description:

  1. Understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  2. Understanding & achieving organizational priorities
  3. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major customers to ensure they do not turn to other competitor
  4. Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions for the mutual benefit of company & customer
  5. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and cross sectional management
  7. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  8. Generating sales contract that will turn into long-lasting relationships & sales target achievement
  9. Creating business review with customers


  1. Strata-1 in any discipline
  2. Fluent in English is preferable
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Good correspondence, data & time management skills
  5. Proven knowledge & experience with powerpoint presentation
  6. Pleasant, smart, energetic, helpful & positive mindset personal
  7. Have experience as Key Account, preferably in the Manufacturing, Catering, Supermarket or Food industry
