Operation Manager Branches

          Function

          This position will responsible in ensuring that all Branches operations in the area can run well in accordance with the directions and policies set by the Head Office.


          This position will Operationally responsible for:

          Preparing for the opening of new branches in the area and ensure the implementation process is according to the set schedule
          Perform daily follow-up to ensure branches in the area operate properly and correctly in terms of: stock accuracy, order fulfillment, sales, permits & AR, capital expenditure, and HRGA.
          Conduct regular and incidental visits to branches in the area
          Become a liason Branch in the area with the Supporting Divisions in HO


          Qualifications:

          3-5 years as Operational Branches Assistant Manager / Branch Manager
          Have Good Planning skill and Execution
          Strong Leadership in order to managing team
          Customer Relationship
          Autonomy
          Administrative Work
          Technical Expertise
