Role Descriptions:

  • Creating a concept of need analysis for employee training and development based on the results of performance management (Performance Appraisal)
  • Developing curriculum, modules, and materials that can be used for training and development to support employee competencies.
  • Developing a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Providing orientation training for new employees
  • Monitoring and generating reports on the results of employee training and development to serve as evaluation material for future training program improvements
  • Evaluating all employee training and development activities, especially evaluating at levels 3 and 4
  • Reviewing teaching methods for all training participants to enhance employee skills and competencies
  • Monitoring all training facilities and infrastructure needs to ensure availability according to requirements
  • Conducting human resources development (improvement) for trainers to enhance the productivity of employee training and development programs
  • Performing other tasks assigned by the Department Head / Division Head.


Qualifications:

  • Willing to work 6 days a week with the following schedule: Monday – Friday (08:30 - 16:30) & Saturday (08:00 - 14:00).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or other relevant field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development or organizational development role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering custom training programs, including needs analysis, course development, and delivery.
  • Ability to facilitate training sessions and presentations to groups of various sizes and levels of the organization.
  • Excellent project management, planning, and organization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to facilitate the targeted development of individuals and departments.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated cross-cultural competency and willingness to work in a diverse environment.
