Requirements:
- At least Diploma degree
- Experienced at least 2 years as Puchasing.
- Communicative and having a great negotiation skills.
- Honest and thorough in work.
- Able to communicate in english (written or spoken).
- Familiar with Microsoft Office especialy Microsoft Excel
Responsibility :
- support the company's operational activities through the procurement of goods and services needed
- coordinate with other departments to find out their needs and plan the budget for the procurement of goods or services and their maintenance costs.
- Doing document archiving.
- Contacting suppliers & vendors to get a quotation.
- Create an order document / purchase order (PO).
- Mediation with the finance department for the payment of goods/services.
- Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability and other criteria
- Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
