  • At least Diploma degree
  • Experienced at least 2 years as Puchasing.
  • Communicative and having a great negotiation skills.
  • Honest and thorough in work.
  • Able to communicate in english (written or spoken).
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office especialy Microsoft Excel

Responsibility :

  • support the company's operational activities through the procurement of goods and services needed
  • coordinate with other departments to find out their needs and plan the budget for the procurement of goods or services and their maintenance costs.
  • Doing document archiving.
  • Contacting suppliers & vendors to get a quotation.
  • Create an order document / purchase order (PO).
  • Mediation with the finance department for the payment of goods/services.
  • Evaluating suppliers by considering price, quality, availability and other criteria
  • Interacting with suppliers to schedule delivery times and resolve shipping errors
