Job Description:

The Senior System Functional Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business stakeholders and data management teams to ensure effective data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in elaborating stakeholders’ requirements and correctly selecting and implementing alternative feasible solutions based on stakeholders’ needs and priorities. The ideal candidate may have a good understanding of Odoo ERP (plus point), as well as the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new operational processes.

The candidate will work closely with various departments to translate business requirements into actionable data strategies and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the data management team, facilitating clear communication and understanding of data requirements and solutions.
  • Analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications for data management and reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced System solutions to support necessary processes for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with system engineers and architects to oversee system integration and system processes to ensure the correct deliverables of system requirements and solutions.
  • Collaborate with system engineers and architects to optimize system process and data quality for system delivery purposes.
  • Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on system solutions and reporting practices to business stakeholders.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate business users on system tools, process analysis techniques, and best practices.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of system strategies, making adjustments as needed to align with business objectives.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies in Odoo ERP development, Odoo system and data management, and analytics.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis, or a related role with a focus on bridging business and system development teams.
  • Medium-Strong experience with System Development Lifecycle and Business Process Assessments (plus point).
  • Familiarity with Odoo ERP system (plus point).
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Capability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and operational processes.
