Store Coordinator - Area Makassar

Job Function

The store Coordinator is responsible for multiple Retail Stores in the assigned area. This role will oversee store management in attaining maximum profitability and productivity as well as implement and maintain company policies for stores within an area. The store area supervisor provides direction and consultation to Store Heads within a geographic area to ensure the delivery of superior service and products as well as maximize profits. This role also performs human resources functions to ensure that staff are selected, trained, counseled, and rewarded to maintain performance standards. 


Responsibilities

  • Oversee all store operations in assigned areas on a daily basis

  • Be a role model and administer company policies and procedures

  • Establish store level of expectations and guidelines

  • Assist the Store Heads in evaluating sales trends and creating methods for sales growth

  • Monitor inventory control and meet inventory goals

  • Remain current on new products, demonstrate knowledge of products

  • Develop and implement all SOPs regarding operational and ensure optimal and effective day-to-day operations

  • Investigates, resolves, and responds to customer complain

  • Conduct disciplinary actions as needed

  • Responsible for continuous improvement and working towards sales targets and cost budget

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 5 years of multi-store management experience in the retail industry

  • Minimum 3 years of direct supervisory experience

  • Strong analytical thinking, managerial, and communication skills 

  • Strong operational skills and knowledge of sales techniques in a customer-service environment

  • Results orientation, demonstrates a sense of urgency to overcome obstacles and achieve measurable results 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

  • Highly professional and self-confident, ethical with unquestioned integrity

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to drive continuous improvement
